Rehearsals help develop singing, dancing, and dialogue skills while building self-confidence, creativity, problem solving, teamwork and more.
Ages: 4 – 6
Time Commitment: One hour rehearsal weekly
Join us onstage for an introduction to musical theatre in Broadway Bound! Using teamwork, theatre games, technique exercises and imaginative play, we will work together to create a mini-musical for our families. Every session, we will learn and build on introductory theatre skills while rehearsing for a performance for friends and family at the end of the session.
Grades: 1st-8th
Time Commitment: 90 minutes rehearsal weekly (Plus 4 Sundays)
In this introduction to musical theatre, students will learn the basic principles of theatre to develop confidence both onstage and off. Though instruction and collaboration, Broadway Stars teaches children about the process of theatre as well as creating a final production. The final product is a 30 minute Broadway Junior musical.
