|Stretch N Grow: Parent & Child||This weekly early childhood physical education, nutrition and wellness program is an action-packed, non-stop fitness class for every child. |Tumbling Tots: Parent & Child||Parent and child classes are an exciting way for loved ones and little ones to connect with each other in a playful environment while developing foundational motor skills. |Tumbling: Advanced Intermediate||This class is intended for those that have completely mastered the lower levels and are ready for a good challenge! To qualify for this level, your child must have a back walkover and back handspring. |Tumbling: Beginner||In this class participants will become familiar with the basic skills such as bridges, back bends, handstands to cartwheels, front/back rolls, and more. This is where your children become familiar with the basics of floor.||Grade K-3||Spring 2020||4-5pm||10:35-11:35am|
|Yoga||Join us on a yoga journey that your child will never forget! We will use breathing techniques, learn yoga poses, increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination, and explore relaxation tools.||Grade K-3||Spring 2020||4-5pm|
