|Stretch N Grow: Parent & Child||This weekly early childhood physical education, nutrition and wellness program is an action-packed, non-stop fitness class for every child. Using skill-specific equipment and safe and effective exercises, Stretch-N-Grow improves fitness levels and teaches the importance of a healthy lifestyle.||1.5-3 years||Fall 2020||9:30-10:15am|
|Cheer/Tumble||This class is designed for students that really want to learn about the sport and execute their skills. Cheer/Tumble will focus on the "basics" of cheerleading including motions, jumps and executing technique. The tumbling portion of class will be a wonderful place to build strength and flexibility while having fun. We will pull out the mats and learn cool skills while developing motor coordination.||Grade 3+||Fall 2020||7:15-8pm|
|Tumbling Tots: Parent & Child||Parent and child classes are an exciting way for loved ones and little ones to connect with each other in a playful environment while developing foundational motor skills. Join us for a 45-minute class full of fun while simultaneously building strength and flexibility.||1.5-2.5 years||Fall 2020||10:30-11:15am||10:35-11:20am||10:35-11:20am||9-9:45am|
|Tumbling Tykes||This class is a gentle introduction to tumbling! Students will work on skills in an energetic and creative environment. This class is a wonderful place to build strength and flexibility while having fun. While utilizing fun props, toddlers will learn cool new acrobatic skills while developing motor coordination. |Tumbling I (Beginner)||In this class participants will become familiar with the basic skills such as bridges, back bends, handstands to cartwheels, front/back rolls, and more. This is where your children become familiar with the basics of floor.||Grade 1+||Fall 2020||4:30-5:30pm||10:30-11:30am|
|Tumbling II (Intermediate)||This class is intended for students that have previous tumbling experience. To qualify for this level, your child must be able to execute a clean cartwheel, handstand and bridge.||Grade 1+||Fall 2020||7-8pm||4-5pm||4-5pm||11:30am-12:30pm|
|Tumble/Hip Hop||In this class participants will become familiar with basic skills such as bridges, handstands, front/back rolls, cartwheels and more! In addition, students will transition from the gym to the dance studio where they will learn movements that have elements of popping, locking and breaking as well as freestyle movements.||4-6 years||Fall 2020||1-2pm|
|Yoga||Join us on a yoga journey that your child will never forget! We will use breathing techniques, learn yoga poses, increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination, and explore relaxation tools.||Grade K-3||Fall 2020||4-5pm|
