|Code Class Level 1 (Beginner)||Code Class is our entry level program, only for newbie coders. In our introductory Code Class, our Coaches use Scratch or Snap! to teach kids using our project-based game development curriculum, in a traditional class-like environment. By learning through repetition, students will be able to learn the fundamentals of coding in a fun and engaging way. Throughout the session, every student will have the opportunity to present a chosen project if interested.||Grade K-5||Fall 2020||5-6pm|
|Code Class Mobile Madness (Intermediate)||From the day Steve Jobs introduced the iPhone in 2007, smart phones have been slowly taking over all of our worlds. Our Mobile Madness camps get our intermediate coders introduced to the world of mobile app development by coding mobile apps loaded on an Android-based mobile phone.||Grade 2-5||Fall 2020||5-6pm|
|FriendSetterz||Friendsetterz is a weekly social emotional learning playgroup. In this class children will have FUN practicing and fostering skills such as making friends, being a good friend, building one’s self-confidence, making good choices, and much more. This will be done through games, art projects, role-playing, stories, and discussions. Children will leave each week feeling more empowered to be their best selves!||Grade K-2||Fall 2020||4-5pm|
|Math Mates||Calling all problem solvers! Math Mates is a multi-sensory enrichment program developed by an experienced elementary math teacher and a math interventionist using common core standards in order to bring the excitement of math to preschool aged children. Students will learn how to write numbers correctly using a research based program, use math manipulatives to enhance number sense, play math games, and become critical thinkers – all while having fun with friends! A typical day at Math Mates consists of a conceptual book, rotating small group activities with each teacher, and an engaging culminating project.||4-6 years||Fall 2020||1-2pm|
|Planes,Trains, & Automobiles||Come take a ride with us as we build train tracks, play with dump trucks, and build flying machines. |RoboThink Robotics Club||Join the RoboThink after school robotics club! Armed with motors, sensors, gears and mainboards, students build and play with robot creations of all shapes, sizes and functions. Each session students are introduced to engineering concepts. Students are in turn, asked to apply these concepts to solve challenges, provide solutions to problems and build creative robots in a fun environment. RoboThink offers academically oriented STEM programs focusing on robotics for budding, intermediate or advanced students. No prior experience is required. There are different curricula to adjust for different experience levels.||Grade 1-5||Fall 2020||4-5:15pm|
