Advanced Tumbling

Grades: 3 - 6 | Class Length: 60 minutes

This next level tumbling class requires instructor approval. Approval will be given if student can confidently complete the following skills: handstand, cartwheel, round off, handstand bridge over, standing back bridge, bridge from ground. In this class, students will work towards performing front walkovers, back walkovers, front handsprings, back handsprings, round-off back handspring, one handed cartwheels, aerials, punch front, and more!


Ages: 7 - 12 | Class Length: 90 minutes

Join Fencing with Junior Titans Fencing Club to improve coordination, cardiovascular fitness, reflexes, muscle tone, poise and confidence through the elegant sport of fencing.

The class is led by Maître d’Armes Marek P. Stepien, a competitor in the Barcelona 1992 Olympics Game, USA National Champion and NCAA-coach (NCAA Champion 2011 University of Notre Dame).

This class is for anyone who wants to learn tumbling skills, whether it’s for cheerleading, dance, or fun. The tumbling program strives to train and educate students how to safely and correctly perform and advance their tumbling skills. Our experienced and well-qualified instructors provide a positive, encouraging, and safe environment. The athlete will condition and learn body control as well as learn the correct technique for handstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridges, backbends, kickovers, and back walkovers.


Grades: K - 3 or 3 - 5 | Class Length: 90 minutes

Join us on a yoga journey that your child will never forget! Yoga is a tool to calm the mind, relax and stay in the present. We will use breathing techniques, learn yoga poses, increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination, and explore relaxation tools. Students will learn relaxation through breathing exercises and guided imagery. Prior yoga experience is not needed to join this class. Yoga mats will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
