Early Childhood Fitness

Fit 4 Kids

Ages: 3.5 - 6 | Class Length: 60 minutes

Fit 4 Kids get kids moving and show them that fitness can be fun!!! Forget push-ups and sit-ups, we play fun games like noodle tag, mousetrap, gladiator and much more. Balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, parachutes and more will help guide us through our activities. The hour long program will not only give kids a great workout, but will also let them have fun while learning something at the same time.

Namaste Tot Yoga

Ages: 3.5 - 4.5 or 3 - 6 | Class Length: 60 minutes

Namaste! This is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class for young children. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises we can guide youth to a deeper connection with their own bodies.  Our little yogis learn physical skills such as strength, balance and flexibility through creative storytelling, playful exercises, and child-oriented meditations. Prior yoga experience is not needed to join this class.  Yoga mats will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own.

Stretch-N-Grow FUNtastic Fitness

Ages: 2.5 - 3.5 | Class Length: 50 minutes

This weekly early childhood physical education, nutrition and wellness program is an action-packed, non-stop fitness class for every child. Using skill-specific equipment and safe and effective exercises, Stretch-N-Grow improves fitness levels and teaches the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Tumbling

Ages: 3.5 - 4.5 or 4 - 6 years | Class Length: 60 Minutes

This class is a gentle introduction to gymnastics in a classroom setting! Students will work on emerging gymnastics skills in an energetic and creative environment.  This class is a wonderful place to build strength and flexibility while having fun. We will pull out the mats to learn cool new acrobatic skills while at the same time develop motor coordination. Come tumble with us!
