Rootz offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels, all for one price! Each group fitness class can be taken at a level that suits your needs. Group fitness classes are for ages 14 and up.

Adult Hip Hop

Ages: 14 - Adult | Class Length: 60 Minutes

Adult Hip Hop is a cardio dance class that keeps you moving and sweating without it even feeling like you’re working out! This urban style, high energy dance class is for all levels of experience. We will progressively learn a fun hip hop routine through fast and slow intervals that accommodates to every participant. Come for a fun dance workout while jamming to the best beats! This class is designed for everyone, not just those with prior dance experience. Comfortable clothes and sneakers recommended.

Get ready to dance to a fusion of Latin, International music, pop, hip hop and everything in between that create a dynamic, exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba is exercise in disguise…a dance party that is great for both the body and the mind.

WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music. Each week a couple of new routines are introduced so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you’re first learning. Ready to WERQ?

Unlimited Monthly Group Fitness Pass
Purchase an unlimited monthly group fitness pass for $79.  To cancel your membership, all you need to do is let us know before the 30th of the month, and your membership will be terminated at the end of that month. There are NO cancellation fees.

Five Class Group Fitness Pass

Purchase five classes at a time and save!  The $60 fee must be paid at the front desk.  Simply check in each time you attend. No expiration date.

Group Fitness Use Fee Without Pass
Group fitness classes may be taken without the purchase of an unlimited monthly pass. The fee is $18/class. The fee must be paid at the front desk before each class.
