Tumbling for Experienced Gymnasts

9 - 11:30am

Grades: 1 and up

This workshop is for gymnasts who can already confidently perform a cartwheel, round off, and back bridge from a standing position. Get ready to stretch and flex in the experienced gymnasts’ workshop! Wear your leotard or form fitting comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle & small snack, and invite your parents to see your work at 11:20am!

Tumbling for Beginners

9 - 11:30am

Grades: K and up

Join us as we work on beginning tumbling skills in a supportive environment.  No experience necessary. Please wear a leotard or form fitting comfortable clothes. Parents should come back at 11:20am to watch a short routine. Please bring water and a small snack.

Dance Workshop

9am - 1pm

Grades: 3 - 8

Students ages 8-14 years will spend the day dancing and learning how to shine and perform technique in lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and more!! No experience necessary as all styles are taught at a student’s level. Dancers should wear comfortable clothing that will allow for movement, gym shoes, and bring any additional dance shoes if they have them.

Please pack a water bottle and a nut-free lunch for your child.

Yoga Workshop

9:30 - 11:30am

Grades: K - 3

Join us on a yoga journey that your child (Ages 5-8) will never forget! We will use breathing techniques, learn yoga poses, increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination, and explore relaxation tools. Students will learn relaxation through breathing exercises and guided imagery. Prior yoga experience is not needed to join this class. Yoga mats will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow for movement and pack a water bottle.

Noon Years Eve Dance Party

Monday, December 31st | 9:30am - 12pm

Ages: 3 - 5

Mark the end of 2018 with a Noon Years Eve Dance Party. Children ages 3-5 years will make New Years crafts before celebrating the “noon” year, dance to music, play games, and welcome in the “noon” year together. No dance experience necessary as all styles are taught at a student’s level. Dancers should wear comfortable clothing that will allow for movement and gym shoes.

Princess Ballet/ Tot Hop Camp

9:30 - 11:30am

Ages: 2.5 - 3.5

In this combination camp, dancers will learn fun pre-hip hop moves and combinations, performed to their favorite music. After they bop ‘til they drop, dreams will come true in Princess Ballet! The class will explore movement through music, stimulate students’ imagination and promote creativity through stretching and entertaining exercises. Our tiny dancers will dress up and dance at the Magic Ball with all our favorite Princesses! In addition to the traditional class components, dancers will also get to do a princess craft, hear a princess story & then act it out as well! We will have a 10 minute snack / water break to be certain that everyone has plenty of energy for all of the fun. The craft will vary each day, so dancers can sign up for multiple days. This is also a drop off camp! Dancers do not need to be potty trained. We just ask that you come back if there is a need for a diaper change.

Attire for class: leotard, pink or white tights, ballet slippers and gym shoes.

Please pack a small snack and water bottle for your child.

Confidence With Etiquette Winter ParTea

Thursday, January 3rd | 9:30 - 11am

Ages: 3 - 8

Sarah Berto from Confidence with Etiquette LLC, is coming to chase the cold and wintery January blues away.  We will make snowflakes and snowmen cookies along with other wintery delights. Our winter decorated treats will be enjoyed with warm blueberry tea and lemonade served in china tea pots and china tea cups.  As we sit around the tea table we will practice table etiquette and how important it is to feel confident and comfortable in ourselves as we enjoy social interactions with others. “It’s Winter ParTea time with Sarah!”

Winter Break Daily Workshop with Ciao Bella Sewing

9am - 2pm

Grades: K - 3 or 3 - 6

Dive into the world of fashion sketching and sewing during this one day workshop. Creative fashionistas will enjoy fashion sketching and creating their own winter items.  See below for individual projects. We will primarily use the sewing machine with instructor help. All students are welcome to join; no prior sewing experience needed. We provide all supplies, including fabric, sewing notions and sewing machines.  It is SEW much fun to create and sew! *Students should bring a nut-free lunch.

Coder School Hack-A-Thon

9am - 12pm

Grades: 4 - 8

In our Hack-A-Thon, students will split up into teams of 3 to 5 people to collaboratively develop a web application.  Each team will be assigned a code coach who will help move the project forward and make suggestions. This is a 2 day workshop and students must be available for both days.

In this 1 day coding workshop, we will work on game development for beginners.  We’ll be using exciting drap n’ drop languages like Scratch and Snap to create some cool new and classic games.

Web Rocks:

Everything’s about the web these days, and that’s why Web Rocks! Code with all the base web technologies like HTML/CSS and Javascript, learn how the internet and file transfers work, and get your pages uploaded to our servers for public viewing! This 1 day workshop is for novice or intermediate coders.

Intro to Python:

We don’t have a pet snake for our school, so we’ll settle for introducing you to Python, one of the most popular coding languages today. No Python experience necessary! This 1 day workshop is for intermediate or advanced coders.
